hvor skægt!

jeg har lige fundet ud af, at Super Eggplant lige har postet et billede af hvad jeg kalder mormor-tøfler... præcis samme model som dem min mormor og jeg strikker! det er da sjovt... på hver sin side af Atlanterhavet, og samme opskrift (og det er helt sikkert, at min mormor ikke har surfet på nettet og fundet den ;))

This is kinda weird... Super Eggplant has got a pic of what I call "granny-slippers" 'cause my grandmother has knit those slippers for years! She lives in Sweden, and sure hasn't surfed the net to find the recipe for them *lol* Guess the world is smaller than we think...

Yesterday I met Helle for the first time IRL - we went to a "strikkecafé" (stitch 'n' bitch) here in Århus, and we had such a good time! It was a cosy little café, and Helle was exactly as nice and fun as I had imagined :)
Here's the yarn I bought for Helles spring fling tank - I didn't get much done on that one, since it got waaaay too big??!! So I frogged it, and started a pair of knee-highs (from Lena Blidell's "strikketøj") in green and grey. I dont know if they get too big too... but one can always hope ;)
